VDP functions:
1. REmove Water: Achieving very low overall water content---under 5PPM.
Through the process of vacuum evaperation distillation, our VDP Vacuum Dehydration Oil Purifier System is capable of removing all water contaminated from oil. (include to remove all the free water, emulsified water with oil, and dissovled water in the oil).
2. Remove gases: The air entrained from atmosphere & the gases from the oil will be removed along with the water by our Vacuum Evaporation Distillation system.
3. Remove Particulates: Using high efficiency microglass filter elements to remove particles larger than 5 micron. (Cleanliness of oil will be reach NAS 6 Grade.)
